How much is delivery?All orders of £50 or more are delivered free of charge via standard delivery to destinations within the UK, or via express delivery for just £3.95. Orders under £44 are delivered for just £3.95 via standard delivery. Standard orders will arrive in 2-8 working days, and express deliveries in 2-3 working days.

When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?Orders are typically processed within 3 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track the status of your package. Please allow 2-6 working days for standard delivery and 2-3 working days for express delivery. You can also review your order and obtain tracking information by visiting the “Order History” section of your account.

What is your return/exchange policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept exchanges and returns for a credit up to 14 days from date of receipt of the items. You can also return your items for a full refund up to 14 days from date of receipt, no questions asked. Your refund will be returned to you with the same payment method used to make your purchase.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Failure to follow these guidelines may mean that we could pursue action against you for compensation.
