Prices and Product Availability
We endeavour to update our site constantly to make sure all prices, availability and descriptions of products are accurate and free of error. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or the price of a bought product was incorrect, we shall inform you before processing your order. If we receive no reply within 24 hours of notifying you, the involved product shall be removed from your order and associated monies refunded to you.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
The cost of delivery is an additional charge and is displayed on the delivery stage of the checkout process.

Our clothing designs are made with great care and a huge effort is put into quality control of raw material selection, fabric selection and garment manufacture to ensure ranges of high-quality garments with comfort and an excellent fit. We continue to work hard at improving and refining the collections.
However, if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please send it back in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 21 days of receipt. Please see our REFUNDS & EXCHANGES section to read our full details.

If there is a problem with your package, whether it appears to have been tampered with, an item is missing, or you are concerned about its general condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Payment Processing
Where available we use a deferred payment method to process your order. On placing your order a shadow (reserved balance) is added to your credit/debit card, after your order has been processed we will collect these fund from your card. In the case of products missing from your order, your order being declined for failing fraud screening or you contacting us to cancel your order, the shadow can be adjusted or fully removed depending on the new balance of your order.
When using payment methods such as PayPal, these services do not offer a deferred service and so your funds are collected instantly after your order has been confirmed by our website. In the event of a change to, or fully cancel the order we will initiate a refund to the source payment medium.
Cancellation and Returns
If for any reason you decide that want to cancel your order (expect orders that include bespoke or personalised products) you can do so by contacting us directly via telephone or email. If your order has already been delivered, you may cancel and return your items within 14 days on the date you received your goods. This is in compliance of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
